Client Responsibilities

Payments

- Clients are responsible for ensuring property access and any homeowner association requirements.
Project Timeline
While we aim to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as supply delays, weather conditions, or changes requested by the client may affect the schedule.
Limitation of Liability
- We take great care in providing high-quality remodeling services.
- However, we are not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or issues outside of our control.
- Our liability is limited to the scope of the signed project agreement.
